Service Call & Diagnostic Fee

Our appliance repair service fee starts from $95. This fee includes the technician coming to your location, inspecting the appliance and diagnosing the problem. After diagnosis, we provide a repair quote that includes the expected labour and parts required for the repair.

You can choose to proceed with the repair right away, or you can pay the service fee and decide later. If you decide to move forward with the repair, the service fee may be waived or applied toward the repair so you are not paying an extra visit charge for the same issue.

What Happens During a Service Visit?

1. Appointment

You call us or submit a service request online. We confirm your appliance issue, location and appointment availability.

2. Diagnosis

Our technician inspects the appliance, checks the symptoms and identifies the likely cause of the problem.

3. Quote

We explain the issue and provide a repair quote before moving ahead with the repair.

4. Repair

If you approve the quote, we complete the repair when possible and explain any next steps if parts are required.

Repair Quote & Approval

We do not want customers surprised by repair costs. After diagnosis, our technician will explain the issue and provide a quote for the repair. You are not required to approve the repair if you decide not to proceed.

If the appliance is older, badly damaged or the repair may not be worth the cost, we will do our best to give practical advice before you spend money on unnecessary repairs.

Warranty on Appliance Repairs

EAS Repair & Installation provides warranty coverage on appliance repairs. Warranty periods may range from 30 days to 6 months, depending on the repair type, appliance issue, replacement parts used and the nature of the completed service.

If the same issue returns within the applicable warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible. Warranty coverage applies to the specific repair performed and may not cover unrelated failures, new appliance problems, misuse, external damage, blocked vents, plumbing/electrical issues or manufacturer-related defects outside the repaired part.
